The apartment is very well distributed "We go in and feel great right away!"

The living room

With a surface area of 20m2, the living/dining room is welcoming and comfortable. The light is extraordinary, especially when the sun sets.

The sofa bed offers a bed for 2 people.
Easy and fast opening and closing. The backrest has 2 compartments to accommodate 2 of the 4 pillows.

The Ā«trunkĀ» meridian welcomes the duvet during the day.

  • a table that can accommodate up to 6 people
  • 4 chairs and 2 stools

The kitchen

Very functional, the kitchen has all the equipment you may need and enough space to prepare your meals.

Kitchen equipment:

  • an oven
  • a microwave oven
  • a dishwasher (washing agent provided)
  • a Nespresso coffee maker (Nespresso capsules provided)
  • an electric kettle
  • a toaster
  • various small electrical household appliances (blenders, mini-choppers, citrus presses, etc.)
  • crockery, cutlery, glasses, various serving and cooking dishes, pots, pans, casseroles, cake mouldsā€¦

In addition, I provide you with tea and basic cooking products: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, various spices, sugar, flourā€¦

The room

Located to the north and overlooking a tree-lined driveway, the room ensures total peace and quiet.

You can enjoy magnificent sunrises, diagonally from the room, unless you choose to hide the room with its blackout blinds.

The bedding is of excellent quality and will ensure you a restful sleep after long walks and visits!

A small glass roof lights up the bathroom and gives charm to the room.

However, don't worry, this canopy has blinds to preserve your privacy.

The bathroom

Good size, the bathroom has a lot of charm with its canopy and small roof window!

Like the whole apartment, it was renovated in September 2017 and offers a very pleasant comfort.

The two very practical blinds of the canopy overlooking the bedroom allow you to isolate yourself, in complete privacyā€¦

Bathroom equipment:

  • a shower (shower gel, shampoo and soap for the hands provided)
  • a basin with storage basin unit
  • a pivoting storage column
  • a small stool-chest for dirty laundry
  • a washing machine (washing and anti-limestone product provided)
  • a clothes line and clothes pegs

I also provide you with: make-up remover cotton swabs, cotton swabs, handkerchiefs.

The facade of the building

The residence was built around 1840. It is very charming. And above all, it is located in the very centre, with a bus stop just in front of it, shops and restaurants all around!
